Host Updating is not working #1722

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I'm trying to host workflow.
First time it's succesfully hosted.
But now it's not Updating cloud.
I have been try every method and sync but still same problem and no see any error
But when i try to remove from host it's display an error of "forbidden resources" & I also try re-sign in but not working it's updating on host.
