WB TabBar: Moving it to menu bar hides menu / doesn't resize

Problem description

I've accidentally moved the TabBar WB selector to the top menu bar and now it covers the entire menu and I am not able to remove it or access the menu at all.
Also this Workbench toolbar is the only toolbar that will not resize when dragged into the menu bar:
