[Feature]: support global
Description
Would be nice to have support for a global ignore file. In Git you can do this by:
git config --global core.excludesFile '~/.gitignore'Suggested Solution
OpenCommit can read global
~/.opencommitignorefile. The ignore file of the local project will be merged with the global one if it exists.Alternatives
