Description

Would be nice to have support for a global ignore file. In Git you can do this by: git config --global core.excludesFile '~/.gitignore'

Suggested Solution

OpenCommit can read global ~/.opencommitignore file. The ignore file of the local project will be merged with the global one if it exists.
