Node 21.7.3 doesn't work in PowerShell on binary install

This tackles a common issue encountered in Visual Studio Code. By default, VS Code utilizes PowerShell as its terminal, often leading to the inconvenience of having to open a new command shell for tasks. Moreover npm command didn't work upon using powershell separately

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

To include execution on powershell as well

What alternatives have you considered?

Like switching to cmd every single time to execute tasks and adding path to environment

Node 21.7.3 is going EOL, the current versione is 22.2.0, have you tried to upgrade version? AFAIK npm shipped support for it
