[Feature Request] Custom Name / Logo on the login screen

Description

After the changes from #5357, I would like to show the custom name and logo on the login screen. Right now, the custom name and logo are only shown after logging in.

By using the same branding component as in the top left corner of the navbar, it could look something like this:
