bug: Duplicate board pastes behind the next board

Steps To Reproduce

Create board 1
Duplicate the board
Rename a board 2
Duplicate Board 1 again (as board 3)

Expected behavior

Board 3 should be place beyond board 2

Actual behavior

Board 3 sits behind board 2, obscured by board 2

Could you clarify what you mean by sitting behind? Are you referring to the board placement in the layer hierarchy or on the canvas?
