Tech: HTML, CSS, SASS, Scout-App and GitHub Desktop
Challenges & Solutions:
- Building my own SCSS structure for the first time and debugging errors with importing nested files.
Solved using Scout-App errors and reading documentation at sass-lang.com.
- Difficulty with slow workflow and inconsistent Scout-App errors.
Solved using Live Server and Live Sass Compiler extensions.
- Difficulty with manipulating flexboxes and grids.
Solved through reading online guides and documentation.
- Needing to normalise styles across different platforms and browsers
Solved by applying an online style reset template (github.com/necolas/normalize.css).
- Issues with deploying the project to github.io with images and fonts not loading
Solved by reading online advice and asking on the discord.
